QUESTION AND ANWER OUR   PRENTATION  GROUP ABOUT THE  BEHAVIORISM THEORY OF LANGUAGE LEARNING

 

1.    Is behaviorism  theory implemented in your teaching?

·       Yes, the behaviorism theory is implemented in our teaching especially when we teach pronunciation and vocabulary .

·       The teaching of repetition and drilling are not only for kids but also for adult.

·       In teaching language , this behaviorism theory still be used in teaching spoken language especially for the beginner.

2.    Is the behaviorism theory can be used in classical conditioning?

·       Yes of course..the simple example :

When we are teaching in class, ..  for the last teaching and learning process, we give some exercises to do by the students.  When the time is up, we always say” Have you finished students ?” .This question  always  ask to the students whether it has finished or not. This condition make the student familiar with that utterance.

·       By raising intonation like “ name ? “ student also know the meaning and directly respond the question . it is done many times so that student understood that context.
